We came for a hike, first time here. If you are looking for camping, this is a great place! However, if you are coming for hiking, you have to venture quite a ways from the park to get away from infrastructure, noise, and debris. The …
We had a lovely time - this stop was beautiful. We enjoyed looking for rocks just for fun. There’s plenty of parking and it’s a great area for a nice walk.
We enjoyed the beach as well. The sunset was gorgeous! Glad we stopped.
Review for the campsite (we had tents not an RV).
The campsites on site 2 are big enough for 2-3 mid-sized tents. There is water …
Our favorite campground in Michigan. We love the 3rd loop where it's more spacious and secluded. Bathrooms are always clean. Wifi isn't the best but that's not an issue for us. Love that Lake Superior is just across the street.
Loved site 31. Fit our 28 ft trailer no problem. Beautiful park, and lake. Plenty of dogs at this campground. Large site with electric. Found agate across the street on the shore of lake Superior.
Beautiful State Park! The camp sites are great, and you are literally just surrounded by beauty! There are multiple areas to swim, playgrounds, picnic area's! Wifi available at the front where you check in along with fire wood and ice for …

Beautiful park, even has the local Pine Stump food truck during the holidays outside the picnic area. Shower facilities top notch, private and clean. Very short walk to Lake Superior shores!
Another beautiful state park campground. We stayed on site 27, which was quite spacious and had our own private access to muskallonge lake. The sites are far enough apart that you have plenty of room for your stuff. There's a campground …
